Presented by Wayne Smart, EMT. Far Out First Aid is a comprehensive 8 hour Course that: 1. Teaches you, using hands-on simulations, how to respond to a medical emergency in a remote or wilderness location, with emphasis on the use of field expedients at the site to make stretchers, splints, and bandages 2. Upon completion, receive a 2 year cert good for OSHA, Fish and Wildlife Division and others 3. Topher’s new book taps his 40 years of climbing experience and includes interviews from 15 climbing luminaries including Tommy Caldwell, Steph Davis, Alex Honnold, Justen Sjong, Emily Harrington and Lynn Hill – revealing the mindset and techniques used by the world’s best to push the state-of-the art of rock climbing and making these techniques accessible to the rest of the climbing world.
